Quick Overview. The Voices of Christ Apostolic Prophetic School of the Scribe (also called the Online School of the Scribe and The School of the Scribe) grants refunds on a case-by-case basis. We also stand by our products and services, and believe we provide quality educational resources.
When you purchase a physical product, it is easy to repackage that product and return it to the store for a full refund or exchange. Digital products, however, are different. There is no way to return a digital product once it has been accessed by the customer.
However, it is our goal to please our customers to the best of our ability, while also not allowing others to unfairly take advantage of our products and services. We recognize that there are times when refunds are necessary.
We have two three categories of products:
COURSES REFUNDS
1. Drip courses have a three-day, money back guarantee. If you purchased a course with lessons that drip each week, you may cancel those courses within 72-hours of purchases for a full refund with no questions asked. Refunds are generally processed within two or three days or less Monday - Friday.
2. Subscription courses may be cancelled at anytime. No more charges will be made against that account. Students may cancel their subscription at anytime.
3. No refunds or transfers on live courses or events. A transfer is the sharing of credentials to access a course with a non-registered student.
LECTURES
Lectures are non refundable or transferable.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Sales on digital products are final. Digital products are electronically dispersed via direct download or by email. As a result, they "technically" cannot be returned to a store like a physical product. We will, however, work to ensure that the digital project is accessible.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all sales on cloth and/or wearable products are final. For damaged or defective products shipped by The School of the Scribe, please contact us via support for refund or replacement information within 72-hours of delivery. Please take pictures of the damaged item if requested.
REFUND DISPERSAL
We make every effort to process refund requests as quickly as possible Monday-Friday during non-holidays (USA). Generally, it takes us less than 72 hours to process and refund a request during normal business hours and days. All requests are refunded through PayPal, no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the customer to check email or accounts for confirmation of refund AND to ensure that they can withdraw their refund from the PayPal disbursement.
If a student files a dispute with PayPal, please know that we will immediately end our refund process and will walk through the dispute process with PayPal. PayPal’s process could take longer times to resolve as efforts are made to defend and/or satisfy the claim. To request a refund, please send request through the SUPPORT page.
